Bookkeeping Services

Monthly starting at $150*

• Input all transactions for up to 3 bank accounts and/or credit card accounts.
• Reconcile up to 3 bank accounts and/or credit card accounts.
• Make any adjusting entries needed.
• Provide Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, and any other reports needed.
• *add $50 for each additional bank or credit card account.

Accounts Payable Services

Monthly starting at $100*

• Maintain vendor records.
• Enter bills into QuickBooks.
• Prepare checks for you to print / or pay through your bank’s online bill pay.
• Prepare Form 1099 Misc at year-end.
• *based on 35 vendor payables per month
• (does not include the cost of forms, envelopes, postage, etc.)

Accounts Receivable Services

Monthly starting at $125*

• Maintain customer records.
• Enter invoices to be emailed and /or mailed.
• Mail invoices.
• Process statements to be emailed and/or mail.
• Mail statements.
• Process sales tax return (additional fee).
• *based on 25 customer receivables per month
• (does not include the cost of forms, envelopes, postage, etc.)

Payroll Services

Monthly starting at $150 for up to 10 employees*

• Maintain employee records.
• Process weekly / bi-weekly / semi-monthly / monthly payroll (*additional fee based on frequency).
• Provide pay stubs for distribution to employees.
• Provide a summary and/or detailed payroll reports.
• Prepare 941 deposits with instructions on how and when to pay.
• Prepare all monthly and quarterly federal, state, and local payroll returns (*additional fee).
• Provide instructions on how and when to pay payroll taxes and where to file returns.
• Prepare all year-end reporting – includes W2’s and annual reconciliation returns (*additional fee).

Year-End Bookkeeping

$1400 for up to 2 bank accounts and/or credit card accounts.

$150 for each additional bank or credit card account reconciliations.

• Enter all transactions for the entire year.
• Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts.
• Make all general journal entries.
• Provide reports needed for your tax preparer.

QuickBooks File Setup

• $50 per hour.

Quickbooks or Bookkeeping Cleanup Services

• $40/hr.
